Shipping policy
Same day delivery:
- We offer same day delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan (Mon-Fri) and Queens
- Choose LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout.Â
- Packages ordered by 1pm will be delivered same day.
- Our delivery time frame is between 4pm and 7pm.
- You may order at any time, but orders will only go out during business hours.
- Orders placed after 1pm may not be ready until the next day.
- Please make sure to provide a working phone number for our delivery team to reach you upon arrival.
Shipping:
- We offer shipping to all 50 states via UPS and USPS.
- Choose which ever you prefer based on rates and delivery time at checkout.
- For the most reliable service please choose UPS.
- Packages normally leave the store within 24hours. Please be aware orders placed after 5pm on Friday won’t leave until Monday.
- You will receive a tracking number once we pack up your order.
