Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges of non-perishable, unopened, un-used items within 14 days of purchase.
  • Please contact us via phone 718.710.0707 or email hello@districtdog.com so we can start the return process.
  • We do not cover the shipping cost. Original shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Should there have been an issue with your shipped package from us, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@districtdog.com. Please include the order number.
  • For Bakery Items
  • Soft frosting cakes are only available for pick up or local delivery in selected NYC zipcodes. 
  • Hard Frosting cakes can be shipped via UPS/USPS
  • Owners are responsible for feeding their pets portions accordingy to pet's weight. For cakes we suggest a 3oz slice per 15lbs. Left over cake can be store in the refrigerator for 5 days or the freezer for 3 months. 
  • Please be mindful of your pets allergies or sensitivities, these may vary from pet to pet. All ingredients are listed on the cake's descriptions and label. If your dog has allergies to any of the listed ingredients do not feed to your pet.

  • For pick up and in-store orders. Please transport baked goods carefully. Keep surface flat, do not tilt or put upside down.
    We are not responsible for damages that can occur to icing and decor after the cake leaves our shop.
